Instead of enjoyment, a 42-year-old man has been left in excruciating pains after he broke his pe-nis during a hot se-xual escapade.
The unfortunate man from Boston bled profusely after he fractured the outer tissue of his genitals known as the Tunica Albuginea.
According to the New England Journal of Medicine, the injury occurred when the man’s pe-nis accidentally hit the woman’s perineum (the space between the vagina and the anus).

The journal states, “On the basis of the clinical presentation, the patient was taken to the operating room for emergency repair.
“The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was discharged from the hospital the morning after surgery.
“Sequelae of penile fracture include ere-ctile dysfunction due to disfiguring plaque formation, penile curvature, and possible nerve injury.
“The patient was seen three months and six months after surgery and had regained ere-ctile function without appreciable plaque formation or penile curvature.”
It comes after doctors at Kings College in London set out to establish the true average ‘size’ of the British male is shorter than first thought.
Dr David Veale, of King’s College London and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and his colleague from King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, set out to create such a nomogram of male pen+s size measurements across all ages and races.
A search of medical literature revealed 17 studies with up to 15,521 males who underwent pe-nis size measurements by health professionals using a standard procedure.
According to the analysis, the average length of an ere-ct pe-nis was 13.12 centimetres (5.16 inches).
